A UNIQUE CULINARY EXPERIENCE

Chef Andres Arocena is from San Sebastien, on the Basque Coast.

 

It is with the great starred Chefs that he cut his teeth, passing through the greatest capitals of gastronomy.

At 32 years old, Andres Arocena is the Executive Chef of the restaurant La Micheline Bistronomie as well as of the Italian restaurant Gigi Cucina & Bar, located next to each other.
